Returning to the IDC Building, The Collective for Designers invites you to our annual business reflection and planning workshop. This is the opportunity you need to step away from the day-to-day demands of running your design firm and focus on where your business is headed.

As interior design business owners, it’s easy to move from one client project to the next without taking time to evaluate what’s working, what’s not, and what needs to change. But building a successful, sustainable business requires more than staying busy. It requires a clear vision, informed decisions, and a plan to bring it all together.

This isn’t just another goal-setting session. It’s a dedicated day to work ON your business, not just IN it.

Through guided reflection, business assessments, and hands-on planning exercises, you’ll:
